The company has a market cap of $12.98 billion and the numbers of outstanding shares have been calculated to be 1.26 billion shares.

The shares closed up +0.01 points or 0.10% at $10.17 with 8.90 million shares getting traded. Post opening the session at $10.17, the shares hit an intraday low of $10.03 and an intraday high of $10.25 and the price vacillated in this range throughout the day. The company has a market cap of $8.14 billion and the numbers of outstanding shares have been calculated to be 799.15 million shares.

Huntington Bancshares Incorporated (HBAN) announced that the board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its 5.875% Series C Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock (HBANN) of $11.59 per share (equivalent to $0.28975 per depositary receipt share). The dividend is payable October 17, 2016.
