Revenue for the third quarter of 2016 was $10.6 million, down by 8%, contrast to $11.5 million in the same period a year ago. Program revenue grew to $8.9 million, up 2%, from the $8.7 million recorded in the third quarter of 2015. Licensing and royalty revenue declined to $1.7 million in the quarter, contrast to $2.8 million in the third quarter of the prior year.
